Configure QuickVerse 2007 for Microsoft Vista Compatibility Mode
- Download and install the latest Maintenance Release
- Browse to the Program Files folder for QuickVerse 2007
- Configure Compatibility Mode for these 2 files:
C:\Program Files\QuickVerse 2007\qv11.exe
C:\Program Files\QuickVerse 2007\QVBookManager.exe
- Right-click each file listed above and select Properties on the Menu
- Click on the Compatibility tab and make the following selections for both files listed above:

Microsoft Vista requires that all HELP files be in a certain html format. This file will restore your QuickVerse HELP files. Download it to your computer and extract the contents to your QuickVerse 2007 Program Files folder. This is the default location: [C:\Program Files\QuickVerse 2007]

Verify Your System
- This update is only valid for QuickVerse 2007 users
- To see which release is currently on your computer, follow these steps:
- Open QuickVerse
- Click on the "Help" menu
- Select "About QuickVerse"
Download the Maintenance Release
- To download the 11.0.1 Maintenance Release, click the link below
- Save the [QuickVerse11.exe] file on your local hard drive
Install the Maintenance Release
- Close QuickVerse and any other programs that are open
- Double-click on [QuickVerse11.exe] to begin installation
- Follow the on-screen installation instructions
Verify the Installation
- Open QuickVerse
- Click on the "Help" menu.
- Select "About QuickVerse"
- Verify you see "11.0.1"
