Many of us long to fill our minds and our lives with Scripture. We desire to be transformed by its message. Each LifeGuide® Bible Study workbook is designed to be exciting and challenging. They show how to lead a group discussion, provide additional background information on certain questions, give helpful tips on group dynamics and suggest ways to deal with problems which may arise during the discussion.

This study guide will focus on the charismatic dimension which Paul refers to as “spiritual gifts” and Luke calls “filled with the Spirit.”

We start with Paul’s classic passage on the nature and purpose of spiritual gifts in 1 Corinthians 12. Later we will consider two other lists of gifts in Romans 12 and Ephesians 4. However, most of the studies examine specific gifts and how they build the body of Christ. Finally, the guide concludes with a study of the fruit of the Spirit, the most important of which is love.
